Customer records & enquiry capture
Link supported enquiry sources to the right customer and job. Keep the original message, ownership and next action visible, with uncertain matches sent for review.
How a customer master record worksCardiff & South Wales
Customer details in messages, quotes in another tool, and the next callback in your head? MMD Solutions helps Cardiff trade businesses connect the customer history and repeated admin around the way you already work.
Start with one handover that takes too much effort: a new enquiry, an unanswered quote or the details needed to prepare an invoice. We can review the existing process, configure suitable features and scope a connection where there is a useful gap.
Talk through your Cardiff workflow
Our fictional plumbing example follows one customer, one job and one quote. The record holds the original request, the quote reference, the latest reply and a named next action. When the customer changes the visit date, the old follow-up stops and a person confirms the new arrangement.
Walk through the customer-record example. It shows the checks and limitations as well as the intended handover.

MMD Solutions Ltd is registered in Cardiff. We visit customers in person by arrangement and can discuss requirements remotely. Tell us where your team works so we can agree the delivery approach, availability and any travel costs before committing to work.
Our registered correspondence address is 15 Neptune Court, Vanguard Way, Cardiff CF24 5PJ. It is not advertised as a walk-in customer office. Email support@mmd-solutions.co.uk to arrange a conversation; our contact hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.
We also support businesses elsewhere in the UK. The right starting point is a process we can improve and test, rather than a particular postcode.
No. We can discuss whether a simple tracker, your current job-management software or a CRM best fits the problem. Read when a small trade business needs a CRM before deciding to migrate.
Yes. The useful question is whether the repeated admin justifies a change. A straightforward current process may need only clearer ownership or a better next-action list.
Callback starts at £49/month, with enquiry and quote follow-up or invoice and payment reminders at £19/month each, plus one £49 standard setup fee. Prices are before any applicable VAT. Custom CRM connections and wider workflow work are scoped and quoted separately. We agree software charges, maintenance and any travel costs in the proposal.
Read the illustrative examples or try the phone-to-text demo. The demo shows that specific capture step. The paid enquiry and invoice additions need a compatibility check and agreed scope; custom CRM connections are quoted separately.
